The best way to grow your business is to join a business network. Networks are priceless to the growth of your business. Many small businesses have large overhead costs on advertising. In most cases, these ads are never seen! Small businesses can be seen without big advertising pockets like most larger companies.

Networking has been the best source of advertising for decades. Getting noticed in one business network can lead you to thousands of other networks. Once you are noticed in a large network, the costs of advertising for a small businesses disappear. In turn, you start hearing people say to others "Hey, I know {insert your business name} can help you". Social networks grew rapidly with the same type of advertising.

The business world will never survive without rings of business networks. The window of opportunity in a network is 360 degrees of possible moments. Think of it like a circles of friends, a music groups that performs together on stage, or thousands of athletes from all the countries that come together to make up the Olympics. If your group of friends didn't know anyone else other than your own group, it wouldn't be much fun in exploring the world. 

What happens when your favorite music group has broken up? You start looking for another to replace the enjoyment you had with the one you lost. This will open the doors for another band to take the place as your favorite. In other cases, a contractor that has too much work to handle may refer another contractor from another network. These are the type of moments to link your business network with another.

How to register as a Sketcher?

Go to registration (sign in) and sign up as a Sketcher. Sketcher's are able to create posts, pages, and update their profile. This is step one to getting your business recognized in the network. After registration, submit a post on your business. Remember to post your business logo too!

How to get registered as a Sketcherator (moderator)?

You must be an active Sketcher and in good standing to become a Sketcherator. Please contact us and submit your Sketcher username. Benefits of a Sketcherator is being the link to all the Agile Business Networks. You are the person that knows everyone!

How to get noticed without signing up as a Sketcher?

  • Submit a Bio on your business
  • Submit a link to your web site
  • Having one of our Sketcher's write up posts on your business and events
  • Having an administrator create your own blog

How To's: Game On!

Log In:

Log in and register. This will give you access as a Sketcher to post about your business and teams.

Find a team or teams:

Look for businesses in your area by searching on tags. Contact the team or team lead to get in the game. You can belong to more than one team; however, a weak team member may get kicked from a team. Kicking a team member will remove the team tag from the member.

Tagging:

Tagging is important! Tag your posts with your team names and location. This will allow others to find your team members. The honor system is used with this, so be careful. Reporting of unauthorized team tags may terminate your posts or account.

  • Tag Naming Conventions
    • Start your team name with "Team" (ie. Team BellaSketch)
    • Location should be city, state (ie. Philadelphia, PA)
